The 20 minute practice that will change your life.

Effortless Practice. Profound Impact.

Learn the art of a Daily Meditation.

Many people first connect with meditation as a way to reduce stress and increase productivity. This is an incredible starting place, but the benefits and possibilities of meditation reach far beyond just this. And chances are, if you're curious about meditation, there’s also a part of you that is seeking something more fulfilling, meaningful and aligned in your life which meditation can be an incredible vehicle for.

Meditation is an effortless but profound practice that lulls your mind into quieter, deeper and more expanded states of rest, creativity and peace. By using meditation as the vehicle, it works with the natural processes of your mind to effectively process stress from your system and rapidly expand your self awareness.

In this practice, called a Being Technique, we simply transcend the mind to be able to access these states of expansion and wellbeing into our inner being. Transcendence in meditation simply means “going beyond”. When we meditate we go beyond the models, stories and frameworks of the mind and begin to carve out new ways of living. All of this is an organic experience in meditation and requires no conscious thought, control or effort for this to occur. In many ways this practice feels like returning home after a long trip away. Except in this instance returning home is simply coming back to you.

With consistent practice, you’ll begin to notice how this newly expanding awareness infuses daily life, manifesting and increased capability of the mind and enhanced capacity of the body. The mind and body are intrinsically connected, and so when we trigger the natural processes in the mind, the body also receives this new input. While the mind is transcending and expanding with meditation, the body is able to regulate into a deep state of rest which enables the body to reach a state of healing leading to all bodily systems functioning more optimally and return to homeostasis as it was designed to be.

In a world that’s getting faster and louder, many of us are looking for ways to slow down, unwind and find some stability in our world. We’re stuck in a cycle of looking outwards to try to find something that will give us this sense of peace, but actually the answers we’re looking for, require us to slow down, and let it come from inside first. This is where meditation comes in. Meditation gives us the space amongst the busyness to explore a new perspective on life and break the loop of moving fast and looking outward to find a deeper sense of meaning, purpose and fulfilment. When we are caught up in the fast paced world around us, it leads to an accumulation of stress in our bodies and minds which puts us into survival mode, takes from our inner resources and away from true sense of inner knowing.

When we’re disconnected from our selves, our inner wisdom and each other, we become filled with stress where life feels heavy, unfulfilling and blocked from our capacity for creativity and peace. We become disconnected from ourselves, in our relationships, experience poor sleep, fatigue and poor health, experience anxiety and depression, and feel adrift in the overwhelm and lack of purpose. In many ways we’ve accepted this as a normal by product of life, but it isn’t the way we’re designed to live and doesn’t have to be something to accept. To get there, we need to intentionally cultivate a moment to stop, break the loop and move a little differently with a different perspective. The beauty is that meditation does this naturally and organically in a way that feels simple, easy and effortless.

Why Learn Meditation?

The deeper philosophies of this meditation practice tells us that we are designed to exist in peace, creativity, joy and compassion. This means we all have the capability and capacity to remove ourselves from the impact of day to day noise and return to a state we have naturally been designed to exist in. Our truest natural state as humans is one of presence, openness and wisdom - which in our busy world we are cut off from with stress, fatigue and an untrained mind. Because this is such a “normal” experience, we believe this is who we are because it’s been so accepted to live life disconnected, stressed and constantly chasing more. By meditating we offer a space to visit this natural state over and over, which in this technique is referred to as our Inner Being, and begin to establish this true nature in our day to day living.

This is why this practice feels effortless and quick to adapt to. Because we are simply revealing your truest nature that you already are familiar with on a deep subconscious level, and allow it to re-emerge as your day to day state outside of the noise of the modern world. Meditation allows you to establish who you truly are at the core by restoring your inner resources, dissolving stress and allowing you to reconnect to your inner wisdom, clarity and peace and move through life from this place.

By having a consistent daily Meditation practice, you shift from the inside out and no longer need to rely on something external to you to tell who you are and how to exist. It starts by dissolving built up stress, restoring your energy and inner resources, before guiding you into a whole new experience of life where you feel capable, resilient and peaceful. From we here no longer have a need to control the craziness of the world around us, instead we live from this place of expansion. Meditation is not about being “good” at meditation, but is about expanding our experience of life in a way that lets us live the way we were designed to.

This practice is for you if you feel like:

  • You don’t have the inner resources required to sustain the life you lead

  • You’re constantly striving but never really getting anywhere or be able to “land” in your life

  • You feel like your stuck in a loop of doing the same things and having the same experiences

  • You feel as though there is more to life but you’re not sure what it might be

  • You’re in a loop of stress and fatigue but are struggling to find a way to experience meaningful rest

  • You are curious about meditation, even if you’ve tried before and it didn’t work

02 / The Practice

Jess teaches the 1 Giant Mind Being Meditation technique. It is a technique that stems from an ancient body of knowledge called the Veda and is taught in an accessible and modern way. The technique is a transcending and letting go practice. Once you learn, it’s easy to practice on your own without the need for apps or guidance. It can be practiced anytime, anywhere.

Practiced for 20 minutes twice a day, this will be something you can lean on for life

There is no focus, control, or trying to stop your thoughts — it is about effortlessly letting go.

03 / Whats the difference between this technique and the apps I use or other types of meditation?

There are two main branches of meditation. Ancient and traditional practices rooted in depth, wisdom and transformation — working at a subconscious level. And modern approaches rooted in wellbeing, psychology and productivity. Many guided practices and apps fall into the modern category, which can be great tools for overall wellbeing and mental health, but often don’t facilitate the experience of truly transformational and meaningful states of wellbeing, rest and joy.

Techniques like guided or breath focused meditations keep the mind at the surface, making it difficult to access the deeper layers of the mind where real transformation happens.

What makes this technique different is two things;
1. It’s simple to learn and effortless to practice. It
requires no focus, force or concentration.
2. The use of a mantra (or a sound), that takes the mind beyond conscious thought into the unconscious.

This allows you to reach deeper parts of the mind and expansive states in a way other meditation practices don’t. Which means that the benefits of this practice are far greater reaching and more impactful than others.

When we access that deeper, more expanded state, the body begins to repair itself and release stress in a gentle, sustainable way. We emerge feeling clearer, more energised, more able to access flow. Rather than fighting the mind to get there, this practice triggers a natural organic process — working with the mind, not against it. That is what makes it effective, accessible and easy to sustain and also why this practice is one that can be leaned on for life.
