Learn to Meditate

Join a course.

Community group meditation courses run over three 1-1.5 hour sessions, over 3 consecutive days. These courses are taught both in person on the Surf coast Vic, or Online with a max of 8 people per course.

Jess is available for private, personalised courses by appointment (to learn 1:1 or with family, partners or friends) and for Corporate Wellbeing days. Please reach out for further information.

  • Day 1:
    On the first day we dive right into our meditation practice. You'll be taught the art of effortlessly meditating with your mantra to take you beyond your thoughts into a deep state of transcendence.

    Day 2 & 3:

    We refine your technique together, talk through your experience and support you to build your practice in a way that works best for you. On these days we go deep into discussions around stress and meditation, the mind and body connection, the benefits of meditation, how to integrate it into your daily life, accessing creative intelligence and you'll leave the course with education on meditation and wellbeing as well as being a meditator who can drop in at anytime, anywhere.

    This is a course blended with experiential learning and deep wisdom.

    • PDF resources during the course to keep

    • Access to FREE group community meditation held online once a month (usually Sundays) where we can come together as a community and have the opportunity ask Jess questions that are arising in your practice.

    • The opportunity to re-sit the course for FREE anytime you feel you need a refresher.

    • A week after the course, a 15 minute 1:1 call is included with Jess to check your practice and technique + 3 months of email support if needed.

    • In person courses include all props and seating.

    This is not a drop-in course or for those looking for a 'quick-fix.' It's for those who want to see real transformation in their lives and be part of a lifelong community. Everyone is welcome.
