The 20 minute practice that will change your life.
Effortless Practice. Profound Impact.
Many people first connect with meditation as a way to reduce stress and increase productivity. This is an incredible starting place, but the benefits and possibilities of meditation reach far beyond just this. And chances are, if you're curious about meditation, there’s also a part of you that is seeking something more fulfilling, meaningful and aligned in your life which meditation can be an incredible vehicle for.
Transcendental meditation is an effortless but profound practice that lulls your mind into quieter, deeper and more expanded states of rest, creativity and peace. By using meditation as the vehicle, it works with the natural processes in the mind to effectively process stress from your system and rapidly expand your self awareness.
In this practice, we simply transcend the mind to be able to access these states of expansion and wellbeing. Transcendence in meditation simply means “going beyond”. When we meditate we go beyond the models, stories and frameworks of the mind and begin to carve out new ways of living. All of this is an organic experience in meditation and requires no conscious thought, control or effort for this to occur.
With consistent practice, you’ll begin to notice how this newly expanding awareness infuses daily life, manifesting and increased capability of the mind and enhanced capacity of the body. The mind and body are intrinsically connected, and so when we trigger the natural processes in the mind, the body also receives this new input. While the mind is transcending and expanding with meditation, the body is able to regulate into a deep state of rest which enables the body to reach a state of healing leading to all bodily systems functioning more optimally and return to homeostasis as it was designed to be.
Jess teaches a transcending practice, called Being Meditation, which is an offshoot of Vedic Meditation. This technique is a simple, effortless and ancient technique that stems from a 5000 year-old body of knowledge called the Veda. It’s a practice thats stood the test of time, and continues to work for anyone who chooses to practice.
It's a daily practice that anyone can learn. 20 minutes, twice daily, it allows your mind to rest whilst dissolving stress and fatigue within the body to help you become more calm, clear and creative.
It’s ancient wisdom, and centuries old practice that’s designed for the busy modern world.

02 / The Practice
Jess teaches the 1 Giant Mind Being Meditation technique. It is a technique that stems from an ancient body of knowledge called the Veda and is taught in an accessible and modern way. The technique is a transcending and letting go practice. Once you learn, it’s easy to practice on your own without the need for apps or guidance. It can be practiced anytime, anywhere.
Practiced for 20 minutes twice a day, this will be something you can lean on for life
There is no focus, control, or trying to stop your thoughts — it is about effortlessly letting go.
03 / Whats the difference between this technique and the apps I use or other types of meditation?
There are two main branches of meditation. Ancient and traditional practices rooted in depth, wisdom and transformation — working at a subconscious level. And modern approaches rooted in wellbeing, psychology and productivity. Many guided practices and apps fall into the modern category, which can be great tools, but often don’t facilitate reaching truly meaningful states of wellbeing, rest and joy.
Techniques like guided or breath focused meditations keep the mind at the surface, making it difficult to access the deeper layers of the mind where real transformation happens.
What makes this technique different is tow things;
1. It’s simple to learn and effortless to practice. It
requires no focus, force or concentration.
2. The use of a mantra (or a sound), that takes the mind
beyond conscious thought into the unconscious.
This allows you to reach deeper parts of the mind and expansive states in a way other meditation practices don’t. Which means that the benefits of this practice are far greater reaching and more impactful than others.
When we access that deeper, more expanded state, the body begins to repair itself and release stress in a gentle, sustainable way. We emerge feeling clearer, more energised, more able to access flow. Rather than fighting the mind to get there, this practice triggers a natural organic process — working with the mind, not against it. That is what makes it effective, accessible and easy to sustain and also why this practice is one that can be leaned on for life.
